2. License and Use
All LaunchApp templates are provided under the LaunchApp Commercial License. You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and deploy the source code in unlimited personal and commercial projects, including client work. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the templates themselves as standalone products. Anything you build with them is 100% yours.
3. Lifetime Updates
With your purchase you receive lifetime access to all future updates, bug fixes, and improvements shipped by our autonomous maintenance system. No subscription or recurring payment is required. Updates are delivered through the GitHub repository.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use LaunchApp templates to build products that facilitate illegal activities, hate speech, harassment, or fraudulent schemes. You may not resell the templates as standalone products or sublicense them to third parties for further redistribution.
5. Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee — contact hello@launchapp.dev for a full refund if you are not satisfied. Refund requests after 14 days of purchase are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Third-Party Services
LaunchApp templates integrate with third-party services (databases, payment processors, email providers). You are responsible for ensuring your use of these services complies with their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimer
The templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to keep templates secure and up to date, we do not guarantee that the templates are free of defects or security vulnerabilities. You use them at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
LaunchApp shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the templates, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in LaunchApp templates remain with LaunchApp. Your purchases grant you a license to use the code — they do not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
